How do I make a warranty claim?
Cuisinox Warranty Performance:
In the event of any malfunction or defect covered under our warranty, Cuisinox will only be obligated, at Cuisinox’s option, to repair the defective part or unit or furnish a new or reconditioned part or unit in exchange for the part or unit that is defective. Cuisinox also reserves the right to discount the wear of the defective product off of the purchase price of a new item. Written notice of any malfunction or defects must be given within 10 days of the time malfunction or defect is discovered.
Acts Invalidating Warranty:
(1) Products which have been subjected to alteration, misuse, negligence or accidents, or abrasion.
(2) Products used in commercial establishments.
Repaired or replaced items carry only the unexpired portion of the warranty. Cuisinox is not responsible for the transportation costs for the return of any product or part to or from Cuisinox.
Dupont Platinum non-stick:
Dupont non-stick surfaces are “tough and long-lasting” but not scratch proof. Our warranty does not cover damages to the non-stick surface resulting from misuse, accidents or alterations to the product. Discoloration or damage to the non-stick surface caused by overheating is also not covered by any warranties. Please use heat resistant plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils when cooking on all non-stick surfaces. All pans with a non-stick cooking surface are not suitable for oven use.

What is 18/10 stainless steel?
Stainless steel is the absolute best and safest surface to cook with. It is easy to clean, never reacts with food, lasts a lifetime, and looks rich. The 18/10 ratio is the nickel to chromium ratio in the stainless steel. The more nickel is used, the higher the last number (10). Nickel gives stainless steel its durability and stainless property. The Chromium gives it shine and silver-like qualities.
How do I keep my new cookware looking new?
It is important to clean your cookware soon after it has cooled off. This is when it is the easiest to remove any caked-on food. Immerse the pan in water for a few minutes. Use dish washing liquid soap and a stiff bristle brush or scotchbrite pad to wash your pots. Dry off with a dry cloth to keep your pots looking new. If food is sometimes overcooked or burnt unto the pan, a little elbow grease may be required. Avoid immersing your cookware in water for longer than a couple of hours. Salts and/or minerals in your water may damage stainless steel surfaces and leave small white pits.
A discoloration or blue-yellowish blemish may sometimes appear after washing. This is usually caused by hard water, oil, or soap residue. A couple of ounces of white vinegar will remove these blemishes. Another product that works like a charm in restoring stainless steel is E-Z KLEEN which is also available from Cuisinox.
What is Surround Heat Technology?
Surround Heat Technology is a heat diffusing system and is the most efficient and modern way to cook. The Cuisinox Elite cookware collection has a thick, 3-ply layer alloy that retains and diffuses heat evenly from the sides as well as the base of the cookware. This creates a uniform and consistent heat eliminating hot spots. There is really no better way to cook.
Will Cuisinox items work on induction cooktops?
Yes. All Cuisinox cookware as well as all of our kettles and stainless steel espresso makers are especially designed to work on all induction cook tops. (Excluding the Turkish coffee pots)
How will shipping charges be calculated?
There will be a fixed shipping charge of $17.99 per order on all orders under $49.00 shipped within continental America. All orders with a value of $49.00 or more are subject to free shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

How do I order more than a quantity of 10 pieces of an item?
You can increase the quantity ordered at check out.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. You may ask us to place your order on backorder and be filled once product becomes available.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the continental USA and most parts of Canada. We also accept orders from international customers. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
